Fantastic wall sculpture by the Belgian artist Paul Vermeire, probably made in the late 1960s. Vermeire worked with ceramics and made figurative works that are typical of the time, but are still very impressive when they hang on a wall. This tablet is in very good vintage condition and marked by the maker. The glazing is dark gray/anthracite with a small hint of gold here and there.
